Rental Pricing & Duration

The price shown applies to one event with a rental period of up to three days. Select your tent size and event dates to check availability and pricing.

Longer rentals require approval and may incur an additional fee equal to 50% of the original rental total, confirmed before booking.

Delivery, Setup & Site Requirements

Delivery and pickup are available by scheduled appointment. Confirm delivery fees and setup arrangements for your selected tent before booking.

Installation depends on suitable ground conditions, anchoring options, available space, and weather. Frosty Peaks determines whether site conditions allow safe installation. Tents and canopies are not guaranteed protection from severe weather.
