Refund Policy

At Frosty Peaks LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair while ensuring we can properly schedule and serve all our clients.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

Full Refund: Bookings cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the rental date are non-refundable due to loss of availability and scheduling commitments.
No-Shows: If no one is present for delivery or pickup and no prior arrangements are made, no refund will be issued.
