Willow Creek hosts events during the most picturesque months of the year—June 1st through October 31st—when Idaho’s landscapes are in full bloom. We are open for weddings and events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, accommodating up to 150 guests in a setting that feels both intimate and elegant.

To simplify the planning process, we provide a transparent availability calendar for 2026 right on our website, eliminating one of the most stressful steps in wedding planning. If your dream date has already been booked, you can join our waitlist for the chance to secure it should a cancellation arise.
