Soft Serve Machine Instructions
SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
Place machine on a sturdy, level surface.
Ensure rear and side vents are not blocked and have at least 6" clearance.
Plug the machine into 110v household outlet with 20 amp dedicated breaker.
Double-check that the power switch is OFF before proceeding.
Non-Dairy Products:
Dry mix - Mix one gallon of liquid (milk or water) per 1/2 bag of powder for each side.
Mix the liquid and powder thoroughly in the bucket, then slowly dump into first hopper.
Repeat the process for second hopper.
Dairy Products:
Wet mix – Mix Qty 2 – 1/2 gallons of dairy mix directly in each hopper.
START-UP & OPERATION
Fill each hopper with your soft serve mix (do not overfill – 1 gallon per side).
Flip ON the power switch on the front right of machine.
Ensure number on right digital display is set to 3.9.
Press the Auto button to activate the mixing and freezing cycle.
Wait approximately 10-15 minutes for the mix to freeze.
When left number is above 3.2 ice cream is ready to serve.
Pull down the handle to dispense soft serve into cone or cup.
Use the middle handle for a swirl of both flavors.
DURING USE
Refill hoppers as needed. Do NOT let either hopper run empty. Fill with water if no mix available.
Keep Dairy mixes refrigerated before use. Dairy-free mixes do not need refrigerated.
If product seems too soft or too hard, hit auto and let machine rest for 10 mins.
SHUTDOWN & CLEANING
Turn off Auto/Start function.
Fill hoppers with warm water hit the Clean cycle button, let run for 5-10 minutes.
Dispense any remaining product into bucket and discard.
Drain through the nozzles until water runs clear.
Repeat as needed.
Wipe down exterior with a clean, damp cloth.
Flip OFF the power switch.
Leave the machine unplugged when not in use.
TIPS & WARNINGS
Do not use unapproved extension cords.
Do not operate in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Keep children away from the machine during operation.
Use only grounded 3-prong outlets. DO NOT use adapters or power strips.
